Most minimalist launchers are too restrictive. Midnight gives you the tools you need to be productive, while making it consciously difficult to mindlessly open social media.

- Intentional Friction: Opening apps in the “Socials & Games” category triggers a 3-second breathing screen. No more muscle-memory doomscrolling.
- Context-Aware Wheels: The launcher adapts to your life. It detects when you are driving, when it’s late at night, or when you need to focus, and shifts your quick-access apps accordingly.
- The “Your Day” Dashboard: View your native step counter, upcoming calendar events, local weather, and a daily habit tracker straight from the home screen.
- Zero Servers, 100% Privacy: Midnight pulls weather, news, and crypto directly from public APIs to your IP address. There is no middleman server, no telemetry, and no account required.

- Go to the Releases page and download the latest
.apk file.
- Open the file on your Android device (you may need to allow “Install from unknown sources”).
- Set Midnight as your Default Launcher in your system settings.
Note: Midnight requires Usage Access (to calculate your screen time) and Notification Access (to drive the smart media player and navigation detection). None of this data ever leaves your device.
